Twelve Youth Tennis Academy students took the seven days trip to the training camp in Fort Lauderdale, Florida between April 17-22nd. It was a great experience and everyone enjoyed it a lot! Great settings; great accommodation; great tennis club!

We had 3-5 hours of fitness/tennis daily, including the match play with the tennis academy students which were hosting us.

The kids made new friends there and got inspired by the dedication of other tennis players!
Our students have tried many new things for the first time:
They played on clay courts first time in their tennis lives
They tried new and exciting fitness exercises
They mastered new tennis drills
They played against professional grade ball machines, etc. We also had a very exciting non-tennis program:
Trip to Miami Zoo where everyone enjoyed the ride on the carts
Trip to Aqua Park
Beautiful Boat Trip around the oceanfront of Fort Lauderdale
Two trips to the picturesque beach of Boca Raton
Fun farewell barbeque party in the park by the water
We will post pictures on the web-site and our Facebook page soon!
We are all looking forward to returning next year!

The Youth Tennis Academy is officially registered facility and organizer for “10 & Under Tennis”!

10 and Under Tennis is a revolutionary change in the way kids learn and play tennis, as well as compete.
The kids use smaller 36′ and 60′ courts along with 21-25″ racquets and slow bouncing balls to facilitate their progress.
10 and Under Tennis is structured for kids to learn tennis and rally and play quickly in a way that is both enjoyable and rewarding.

On August 26th we said goodbye to our graduate Arseny Izotov who was a Youth Tennis Academy student for 10 STRAIGHT YEARS!

Arseny has left to attend UMASS Amherst and will be majoring in engineering. We congratulate him sincerely and are very proud of students like him who have shown so much loyalty and respect to the Academy. It also shows a great deal of devotion to the children who choose to stay for such a long period of time with the YTA and the unsurpassed quality of the program.
As a matter of fact, the average length of staying in the program is 4-5 straight years which is a rare find nowadays. Last year we said goodbye to M.Braginsky (11 straight years); E.Shakhnovich (9); A.Shkolnikov (6); D.Bergelson (7).
Arseny received “The Honorable Member 10 Years” Certificate and a nice tennis gift. Thank you, Arseny!
